Yes! We're constantly adding new sources based on user requests. If you don't see a book you need for your exam, you can submit a request through your dashboard after signing up. We prioritize requests based on demand and work to add new materials regularly. Many of our most popular sources were added because firefighters like you asked for them.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and visiting the Billing page. There are no contracts or cancellation fees—simply click cancel and your subscription will end at the close of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access until then.
Yes! Our annual plan saves you 50%—just $25/month billed yearly at $299.99, compared to $49.99/month on the monthly plan. We also periodically offer additional promotions! Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, or X (Twitter) to stay updated on current promotions. We also announce discounts on our blog. Additionally, we offer special pricing for agencies looking to provide FiredUp access to their entire department.
For monthly plans, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you request a refund and have not used the Service excessively during the billed period, we will issue one. For annual plans, refund requests are considered within the first 30 days of subscription; after that, annual plans are non-refundable but you retain access through the end of your paid period. Contact us at support@firefighterpromotion.com to discuss your situation. For full details, please review our Terms of Service.
FiredUp isn't available in app stores, but it's fully mobile-responsive and works great on any device—computer, tablet, or phone. Simply visit firefighterpromotion.com in your mobile browser. For quick access, you can add a shortcut to your home screen: on iPhone, tap the Share button and select "Add to Home Screen"; on Android, tap the menu and select "Add to Home Screen."
Yes! Your FiredUp account works on any device with a web browser. Study at the firehouse on your laptop, take practice quizzes on your phone during downtime, or review at home on your tablet. Your progress syncs automatically across all devices so you can pick up right where you left off.
Our Adaptive AI Testing feature learns from your quiz performance and identifies areas where you need more practice. It then prioritizes questions from topics you're struggling with, making your study time more efficient. Instead of reviewing material you already know, you focus on the areas that will most improve your score.
Our questions are designed to test the same material and concepts that appear on promotional exams, but they are not copies of actual exam questions. We extract testable information from the same source materials used to create promotional exams and craft questions that help you master the content. Each question includes page references so you can review the source material directly.
We're here to help! You can reach us through the chat button in the bottom-right corner of any page, or email us at support@firefighterpromotion.com. Since we're active firefighters ourselves, we typically respond within 24 hours. Visit our Contact page for more options.
FiredUp is 100% owned and operated by active, full-time firefighters who have successfully passed promotional exams themselves. We understand the promotional process because we've been through it. Our team carefully reviews source materials and creates questions that focus on testable content, ensuring you're studying what actually matters for your exam.
