An account unlocks all FiredUp features for firefighter promotion prep: save and resume tests, review past scores, track progress, and customize settings. Our adaptive AI learns what you know, optimizing your study for the exam. Your progress is saved across all your devices so you can study anywhere.

Our Sources page contains an always up-to-date list of all books and materials we currently have in our database. We have over 50 sources with 50,000+ questions covering IFSTA, Jones & Bartlett, Brady, Blue Card, and many more. If you don't see a source you need, you can request it through our platform and we'll work on adding it.

Yes! We're constantly adding new sources based on user requests. If you don't see a book you need for your exam, you can submit a request through your dashboard after signing up. We prioritize requests based on demand and work to add new materials regularly. Many of our most popular sources were added because firefighters like you asked for them.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and visiting the Billing page. There are no contracts or cancellation fees—simply click cancel and your subscription will end at the close of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access until then.

We periodically offer discounts and promotions! Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, or X (Twitter) to stay updated on current promotions. We also announce discounts on our blog. Additionally, we offer special pricing for agencies looking to provide FiredUp access to their entire department.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you request a refund and have not used the Service excessively during the billed period, we will issue one. Contact us at support@firefighterpromotion.com to discuss your situation. For full details, please review our Terms of Service.

FiredUp isn't available in app stores, but it's fully mobile-responsive and works great on any device—computer, tablet, or phone. Simply visit firefighterpromotion.com in your mobile browser. For quick access, you can add a shortcut to your home screen: on iPhone, tap the Share button and select "Add to Home Screen"; on Android, tap the menu and select "Add to Home Screen."

Yes! Your FiredUp account works on any device with a web browser. Study at the firehouse on your laptop, take practice quizzes on your phone during downtime, or review at home on your tablet. Your progress syncs automatically across all devices so you can pick up right where you left off.

Our Adaptive AI Testing feature learns from your quiz performance and identifies areas where you need more practice. It then prioritizes questions from topics you're struggling with, making your study time more efficient. Instead of reviewing material you already know, you focus on the areas that will most improve your score.

Our questions are designed to test the same material and concepts that appear on promotional exams, but they are not copies of actual exam questions. We extract testable information from the same source materials used to create promotional exams and craft questions that help you master the content. Each question includes page references so you can review the source material directly.
